The art of giving and receving feedback 

We all need feedback to grow and develop throughout our lives. Unfortunately, giving feedback is something that is too often avoided because it can be an uncomfortable thing to do, especially if the feedback is addressing behavior or performance. Nevertheless, giving and being able to receive feedback is a crucial and important part of being an effective leader.

This program provides participants with the knowledge and know how to deliver feedback confidently and effectively as well as how to receive and embrace it. The program covers constructive and developmental feedback as well as how to give praise when it is deserved. The program is delivered through a combination of mini lectures, activities, and case studies to ensure that the learning experience is effective, meaningful, and enjoyable. Through the workshop the participants will be given opportunities to practice their feedback skills in a safe environment and receive feedback to help them to develop and improve.
