Overview
This activity is an excellent way to create a team vision for successful teamwork. The session begins with brainstorming on a team vision for the future. Once the group have completed this step they will be divided into sub-groups. Each sub group will have their own painting canvas and painting materials. Separated from each other, each sub group is responsible for a part of the overall masterpiece. When the sub teams have finished painting their part of the picture, they must bring their canvases together to create one grand masterpiece. This activity focuses on cross functional communication and collaboration.
