Similar to assessment centers, development centers put candidates through a selection of tasks and challenges to assess their capabilities and skills. The development centers also include personality and reasoning assessments. 



At the end of the process, a detailed report will be produced; the report will provide information and data on the candidate’s strengths and areas for development. The report will also benchmark each candidate to your organizational core competencies. Once the development center has been completed, each candidate will receive feedback and coaching to set and establish goals and actions for further professional development.
