Change Works assessment centers allow you to identify whether a potential candidate has the right skills, attributes and behaviors to be the right fit for your organization.  Through a virtual platform, candidates are given a number of tasks to manage and complete, they will also be expected to solve problems, make presentations and deliver reports and deal with management challenges. As part of the assessment center participants will also complete psychometric assessments to evaluate personality and reasoning ability. At the end of the process, a candidate report will be produced in alignment with your organization core competences. The candidates will also receive a feedback session.
