Paul Marks
Leadership development, grounded in how the brain actually changes.
Paul's practice draws on three fields at once — so leaders learn not just what to do differently, but how sustainable change really happens.
Leadership
Two decades of applied leadership and team practice, from emerging talent through to C-suite.
Behavioural Science
Evidence-based coaching and adult development that turns insight into durable, on-the-job behaviour.
Neuroscience
Brain-based methods for building thinking capability, psychological flexibility and resilience under pressure.
A thought-leader in learning & development with a global footprint.
Leadership development isn't just about skill — it's about expanding how people think, relate and show up in the world.
Paul Marks is an international leadership and team development specialist, executive coach and learning designer with over two decades of experience across Asia, Europe and global markets. Through his company, ChangeWorks, he partners with organisations to develop future-ready leaders, strengthen team effectiveness, and build cultures that thrive in complexity and change.
His work sits at the intersection of leadership, behavioural science and neuroscience, integrating brain science, psychology and adult development. The focus is on capabilities that matter most in fast-moving, uncertain environments: thinking capability, self-awareness, psychological flexibility and the ability to adapt under pressure.
As a professional executive coach, Paul supports leaders from emerging talent to senior executives and C-suite. He is known for creating high-trust spaces where leaders can reflect deeply, challenge assumptions and translate insight into practical action — strengthening decision-making, influence and the ability to lead with clarity and purpose.
He has designed and delivered leadership and coaching programmes for organisations across more than fifteen sectors — from technology, manufacturing, automotive and logistics to banking, insurance, aviation, retail and hospitality, as well as UN agencies and NGOs. Alongside his consulting and coaching, Paul is engaged in doctoral-level research into coaching outcomes, behaviour change and how development transfers across life and work.
